Project Manager/Project Architect

We are currently seeking a Senior Designer/Project Manager to fill a key role at our firm.  The ideal candidate would have a considerable amount of tenant improvement experience dealing with high-end office projects of various sizes and requirements.  The candidate would possess strong design and space planning skills with the ability to create freehand sketches and 3-D renderings.  The candidate must have project management experience, excellent customer service skills and be proficient in AutoCAD.  A licensed Architect and familiarity with local building codes is a plus.

Designer/Drafter

We are also looking for a talented, creative, person to join our team as a designer/drafter.  The ideal candidate would possess a four year degree in interior design or architecture and must have strong design skills.  The candidate must have AutoCAD drafting experience and excellent customer service skills.  Experience in tenant improvement design is a plus.
