Galen Holden has more than 25 years of experience in analysis, planning, and interacting with owners, brokers and tenant users. During that time he has worked with a variety of tenant types and sizes to provide them with well planned, efficient office space. He has five years of experience in civil engineering including, land planning, roads, airports, utilities, and surveys.

During his 19 years with MS&A, Galen has worked on nearly every major office building in the greater Seattle area. Continuing clients serviced by Galen are Reliance Insurance, Kemper Development, Bedford Properties, Harsch Investment Properties, Quadrant Corporation, and Unigard Insurance to name a few.

Previously, Galen worked in Houston, Texas, employed by Morris & Aubry Architects as a Project Architect with the interiors group. His planning projects included work for First City National Bank, Capital Bank, First Western Bank, 5 Post Oak Park, One Bissonett Plaza, and First City National Bank of Midland. In Houston, Galen was also employed by William Burwell Inc.

Earning a degree in architecture from the University of Washington in 1975, Galen continued his studies at California Polytechnic, graduating in 1980.
