Bill
Simpson, Project Manager/Architect

With more than 15 years under his
belt at Marvin Stein and Associates, Bill Simpson is a veteran Project
Manager and Architect. Since 1998, Bill’s role has encompassed
developing space plans, designs, and working drawings – in short, he
oversees projects through every phase from conception to move-in.
Bill joined the company in 1988 as Technical Director supervising
production of construction documents for the firm. His team of
professionals turned out more than 1,000,000 square feet of drawings
per year for proprietary projects and tenant representative design
work.
Starting his career in 1970, Bill has worked with the architectural
firms of John Graham and Associates, William Polk Associates, and
Hobbs, Fukui. Among his recently completed projects are: Drugstore.com,
Boise Cascade - executive offices, Watchguard Technologies, Badgley
Phelps, the Social Security Administration, and Washington State
Ferries.
Bill was educated at the University of Idaho majoring in Art and
Architecture, and he is a licensed Architect in the State of
Washington.
